One of the major problems of sports nutrition is the lack of a selection system and criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of newly created and introduced products, as well as their anti-doping expertise. In addition, sports nutrition products are not without side effects, which can be completely different and individual. Mare's milk and its derivatives are a unique find in solving this problem. Making mare’s milk products can be an alternative to modern sports nutrition.
Mare’s milk is a highly digestible product with a complete amino acid composition, rich in polyunsaturated fats with a pronounced bactericidal property, highly active bifidogenic and immunoregulatory factor, rich multivitamin composition and especially with a record vitamin C.
According to the leading scientists of Kazakhstan and European countries, Saumal is considered a therapeutic and prophylactic product for a variety of diseases and conditions. Mare’s milk improves blood circulation, increases working capacity and males’ potency, accelerates the process of organ regeneration, regulates the immune status and slows down the aging process.
“Saumal” in physical and taste qualities corresponds to whole mare's milk, is well and easily tolerated without any serious side effects. Good health and an improvement in the quality of life while taking “Saumal” indicate the therapeutic and prophylactic potential of mare's milk, which gives grounds for its use in order to rehabilitate the body in extreme conditions.
Mare's milk derivatives can claim a worthy place in sports nutrition. The creation of products based on mare's milk can be an alternative to modern sports nutrition without any side effects and can serve as the basis for their widespread use among sports society.
