In this study, the nano-synthesis of zinc titanium (ZnTiO3) was carried out through a modification of the sol-gel process. The X-ray diffraction (XRD) was used to prove the crystal structure of nanoparticles that was ZnTiO3 hexagonal shape. To investigate the morphology and to determine the average size, The Microscopes of transmission electron (TEM) and atomic force (AFM) were used for this purpose as it was found equal to two particles 39.01 and 42.52 nm. Zinc titanate antimicrobial properties are well known, and due to their antimicrobial activity, ZnTiO3 nanoparticles have become more important. Therefore, our synthesized were used against Bacillus subtilis (gram-positive bacteria) and Acinetobacter baumannii (gram-negative bacteria) by different concentrations (0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4 mg\L). The results show that the nanoparticles at a concentration of 0.4 mg/L demonstrated high antimicrobial activity, resulting in a good inhibition of both gram-positive and -negative bacteria.
