OKC (Odontogenic keratocyst) is considered to be a benign cystic neoplasm by the WHO due to its aggrieve nature and reason of recurrence. It was referred to as Keratocystic odontogenic tumour arising from the remnant of dental lamina, which is now reverted back to its cyst position. The histologic appearance of an odontogenic keratocyst may be assumed by any of the odontogenic or nonodontogenic cysts similarly their radiographic appearance was quite variable, although they frequently resembled ameloblastoma, thus the main aim of the study was to evaluate the knowledge, attitude and awareness of dental students on Odontogenic keratocyst and to know the awareness among students about its aggressive nature, recurrency and its diagnosis. A questionnaire survey was distributed among the undergraduate students through google form and the results were tabulated . The results showed that maximum students were aware about OKC but, the knowledge again is not adequate enough for them to diagnose the case.
