| Abstract:

Aim: The purpose of this survey was to assess the knowledge about EMLA among dental professionals across India.
Materials and Method: A questionnaire consisting of questions which were formulated and circulated through electronic media among dental professionals throughout India. These questions were based on their knowledge and opinion regarding EMLA.
Result: The survey showed that 79.2% of the dental professionals were aware of EMLA and used it in the dental practice.
Conclusion: The result reflected that the participants of this survey gave a positive response to the usage of EMLA in their clinical practice.
