Abstract: Application of learning with the Science Process Skill Approach is learning that greatly emphasizes learning-centered on students. This research aimed to develop a lesson plan on biotechnology material that applied science process skills approach and character implantation and to explain the effect of this approach on learning outcomes. The research method used was pre-experimental design with a one-shot case study design. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation and written tests. This research resulted in a lesson plan based on science process skills and character implanting. The application of this approach had a positive effect on cognitive learning outcomes of 87%, affective of 94%, and psychomotor of 88%, and has reached the established classical completeness, which was 86%.
