Fifteen samples of frozen marine fish were randomly collected from Baghdad City. Twenty five gram of each specimen are treated with 225 ml of peptone water, incubated at 37C for 24 hr. Samples were streaked on specific culture media. Afterward inside laboratory, polymerase chain reaction methods are involved to find Pseudomonas spp. All experimental fish are contaminated with Pseudomonas spp. M15 (31×104) CFU/g. and M4 (7×104) CFU/g respectively.
