Abstract: Brachial network is beginning next to fifth cervical vertebra anterior rami to added part of the first thoracic vertebra anterior rami. Regularly in the fifth and sixth rami from at sideways of scalenus medius to arising out of the upper trunk ,seventh arising out of middle trunk and eight and first thoracic arising out of the lower trunk.. The ventral division of upper and middle trunk join to arising out of the lateral cord which lies laterally to axillary artery. The ventral division lower trunk join to arising out of the medial cord which lies medially to axillary artery. The dorsal division three trunk join to arising out of the posterior cord which lies posterior to axillary artery. lateral rootlet of the median nerve join with medial rootlet then formation of median nerve that recline to 3rd part of axillary arteries front. This study was conducted in the anatomy department of GMC, Vadodara of Gujrat region. We enrolled thirty human cadavers. The drill dissection carry out during post graduation work, department of anatomy to discover Variation of communication connecting musculocutaneous and median nerve in Gujrat state. The present study observed in Variations of communication between musculocutaneous and median nerve in Gujrat region in two specimen cadavers observed. Pictures of anatomical Variations of communication connecting musculocutaneous and median nerve in Gujrat region are taken. In indicative clinical neurophysiology, anatomical variations in communication between musculocutaneous nerve and median nerve .
