This paper presents experimental procedure with an aim to obtain flexural behavior of concrete beam. Plain concrete reinforced beams were used to generate different data sets and also describes the effectiveness of the Digital image correlation method in measuring deflection on natural surface of beams without using any patters. The test is conducted on 150mm x 150mm cross section plain reinforced, Glass and steel fiber reinforced beams of 2.5m length simply supported and subjecting to point load at mid span on a loading frame of maximum loading capacity of 150kN with the combined use of dial gauge and LVDT deflection along the length were recorded. The objective of this paper is to obtain flexural behavior of beam in relatively affordable and simple manner using basic available resources common with every engineer in modern days, the obtained results had negligible errors in comparison with widely used methods of measurement.
