The islands, peninsulas and costal countries have their boundaries in sea or ocean also. Fishing is the major occupation of the people living in coastal areas. Surveillance is a critical issue for border control or for commercial installation security. It is highly difficult to find the borders between any countries and by using this chance is increased for the cross-hunting cruelty. They are trapped, and their vessels are intercepted. which may lead to loss of life at some case. The manual border line analysis and the navy interactions are noted as a major problem [8]. Our project's main aim is to avoid certain accidents by using a microcontroller unit and the GPS system through which they locate the exact place where the fishermen are prisoned and then finds a way to save their life. GPS receiver which receives signals from the boat at a certain distance and then rely this onto the microcontroller module. Based on the values received, comparison is based between latitudinal/longitudinal values and based on its output, the system alerts the fishermen that they nearer to the nautical zone, Then they are not bother about the message after giving the alarm and attempting to cross the border, the motor will shut down automatically and take the reverse direction. Then we are creating a web page using raspberry pi IP address and it’s a dynamic webpage. We can see the details of the boat from base station through its ip address of the raspberry pi. If it is anything happen to the ship, we can rescue the boat very easily through details of boat which is displaying in the web page. The method proposes very efficient way to reduce the crossing the border on sea.
