The role of apoptosis in the development of acute pancreatitis

Author: RIKHSI SABIROVAH, ESTELLA KALENDAREVA, NURKHON MUKHAMEDOVA, ALISHER GANIEV
Abstract: Analysis of the literature data showed that acute and chronic pancreatitis is the most common gastrointestinal disease, in the pathogenesis of which apoptosis plays a special role. Impaired regulation of apoptosis underlies many autoimmune diseases. The determination of molecular mechanisms, mechanisms of genetic control and modulation of the apoptotic process is necessary for understanding the pathogenesis of diseases. Apoptosis depends on the activity of enzymes of the immune and cytokine systems, which must be considered when prescribing pathogenetic therapy to patients with acute pancreatitis.
Keyword: acute pancreatitis, apoptosis, trypsin, trypsinogen.
