One of the urgent problems in pediatric pulmonology is the foreign bodies of the tracheobronchial tree. The study presents a retrospective analysis of patients with foreign bodies of the respiratory tract being treated at the 2-clinic of Samarkand State Medical Institute for the period from 2017 to 2019. For 3 years, 246 children were hospitalized with suspected foreign bodies of the respiratory tract. The number of patients with this problem, as well as the number of bronchopulmonary complications due to late diagnosis of foreign bodies remain quite high and have no tendency to decrease.
