| Abstract:

The aim of the work was to improve the early diagnosis of acute hematogenous osteomyelitis of the bones of the hip joint in children by using modern radiologic diagnostic methods. For this part, patients for early diagnosis were used ultrasound and computed tomography. Moreover, it was revealed that computed tomography has a higher specificity and diagnostic accuracy.
