Carbon black (CB) and carbon fibers (CF) with 10,20,30,40,50% w/w were loaded in high density polyethylene grade 6003 produced by SCBI by molding with Haake. The different composites prepared by compression molding technique. Mechanical, rheological, physical properties (density) and thermal conductivity were characterized. The tensile strength, elongation, impact strength and fracture energy for the prepared composites decrease with the increase of using these fillers. The young's modulus and hardness decrease with the fillers addition. On the other hand; density and thermal conductivity increase with the fillers augmentation. The results indicate that the polyethylene properties have been changed clearly when the fillers have added.
