Synthesis and Characterization of some New Heterocyclic Compound containing Triazolidin derivatives and study their biological activity

| Abstract:
|
Many heterocyclic derivatives containing triazolidin have been prepared. The most available amino acid (glycine) has been used with benzaldehyde to get the starting material to prepare the alkyl triazoliden. The three alkylated nitrogen atoms of triazolidin have been cyclized using different reagents to get substituted thiadiazol and substituted oxazol. All the produced combinations have been recognized by FT-IR, H1- NMR and C13-NMR.
