The present study aims to investigate effect of prolonged gasoline exposure in TNF-alfa gene polymorphism, the study was carried out on the gasoline station worker that exposure to gasoline in their job for long time without protective equipment's , DNA was extract from whole blood of gasoline workers contributed in present study , TNF gene polymorphism was detected by ARMS-PCR , the results show that the age mean of workers was 40.89 years with exposure period 13.41 years , the gene polymorphisms of TNF show significant deletion in gasoline workers, the polymorphism showed that GA was more frequent in control (92.5%) and in the normal state of gene in workers (3.3%) , AA appeared in control group only in low percentage (7.5%) and GG didn’t appeared in present investigation. Study conclude that there were highly effect of prolong exposure to environment gasoline pollution in TNF gene that caused gene deletion, that may be effect on health and immune system efficiency during life.
