Abstract:
|
The neuromuscular activation method using the Exarta suspension system allows you to effectively restore
optimal motor activity, relieve pain, with a gradual increase in load. Unstable support gives dynamic stability to
joints, stimulates mechanoreceptors and enriches motor development programs. Three-dimensional training
combines movements in all planes, forming functional motor stereotypes, improving coordination, balance and
a sense of one's own body.
