Abstract:

The early stage of RA is strategically essential for treatment and at the same time, the most difficult for diagnosis. It is characterized by the prevalence of exudative changes in affected joints, frequent atypical flow and good response to treatment. If active treatment is administered at a very early stage, remission can be achieved in 6 months among 47% of patients and a year later, among 58.1% of patients. Prescription of combined baseline therapy in RA reduces the severity of clinical manifestations in "early" RA, improves functional activity and slows down the radiological progression of joint damage, improves the quality of life and reduces the risk of disability, reduces mortality in RA to a population level.
