The relevance of the problem of weakness of labor in women is determined by a stable and fairly high frequency. Despite the efforts of many generations of obstetricians and gynecologists, there is still no consensus on the etiology and pathogenesis of this pathology. This paper presents an analysis of the course of the first half of pregnancy, laboratory indicators of blood and urine of women with the weakness of labor activity.
