Author: MARIFAT GANIEVA, MUQADDAS BOLTABOEVA, OKSANA YEFIMENKO, UMIDA GANIEVA, LOLA HAYDAROVA, ZUVAYDA MIRZAEVA
Abstract: The relevance of this problem is in the fact that to date hereditary diseases of the kidneys lead to early development of chronic renal failure and lethal outcomes. Therefore, early detection of hereditary and congenital nephropathies will allow the initiation of therapy, possibly directed tothe improvement of the quality of lifeif not to a radical cure. This will make it possible to postpone the inevitable lethal outcome in the natural course of hereditary nephritis, with the possible cure of congenital nephrotic syndrome too.
Keyword: glomerulonefritis, hereditary nephritis, stigma, genealogical method of the diagnostics.
