Non-operative treatment of patients with uterine myoma is still an actual problem of modern gynecology. In order to treat a variety of gynecological diseases in combination with somatic, nowadays many researchers recommend assigning new class of agents - statins. The aim of the study was to investigate the influence of Simvastatin on the level of histamine, serotonin, and cholinesterase in the blood of women with uterine myoma. The investigation showed that the clinical efficacy of Simvastatin in the treatment of women with uterine myoma caused by a decline in blood levels of histamine, serotonin, and cholinesterase, which are known to be involved in the mechanisms of generation of proinflammatory regain.
