On the basis of personal observations and carried out modern investigations the cognitive and emotional - behavioral features in 154 HIV children patients have been analyzed. Based on our own observations and modern studies in 154 patients, the characteristics of cognitive and emotional-behavioral disorders in children with HIV infection have been analyzed. The necessity of using the innovative NIRVANA neurorehabilitation system based on immersing the patient into virtual reality (visually and acoustically) and game motivation, which contributed to a significant improvement in motor and emotional disorders, was shown. Also, a persistent tendency to improve the intellectual level and quality of life of physical and emotional activity.
