One of the most difficult tasks for anesthesiologists is the task of diagnosing and differentiating arterial hypertension between primary and secondary. The degree of operational risk can only be determined by having sufficient evidence and confirmation of the diagnosis of hypertension. If the patient has not treated this pathology, then the leading cause of the disease can be attributed to heart failure.
Without a thorough examination during the operation, the patient may experience a hypertensive crisis against the background of acute surgical pathology – an emergency case. In this case, the blood pressure level before surgery is reduced to the normal level – hence the importance of a thorough examination and examination of the patient's condition. These patients also need heart and blood pressure monitoring.
This article investigates a patient who is recommended to have a finger amputated after negative contact with a stray dog. According to the anamnesis and data, the patient has hypertension. The task of the doctor is to develop the correct scheme of preoperative preparation of the patient and develop individual recommendations for anesthesia for this patient.
