The compounds of bis-azo dyes were synthesized in this research by the reaction of 4,4'-Diaminodiphenylmethane with Alpha-naphthol, Tyrosine, and Salicylic acid. The new compounds were identified by using element C.H.N analyzer, IR (Infrared Radiation) spectra, UV (Ultraviolet and Visible) spectra, GC-Mass & TGA as well as melting point measurement. The synthesized compounds were used to dye the wool and also the antibacterial activity of compounds was carried out against Staphylococcus aureus, E.coli, and Proteus mirabilis and show a moderate to low activity and sensitivity against all bacteria.
