Development and Validation of a scale to measure the perceived benefits and risks of online pharmacy stores

Abstract: Online pharmacies business in India growing exponentially. But the lack of basic research from consumer perspective is lacking. In this scenario the current research aimed to measure the perceived benefits and risks of online pharmacy stores with respect to India. The current research study briefs the online pharmacy status in India, further the research paper discusses the possible benefits and risks of using online pharmacies based on the literature. Further a scale has been developed to estimate the possible benefits and risks of online pharmacies and the scale has been validated with different statistical tools. The research study deemed to be important as there is increasing number of online pharmacies in India.
