Trust is transitive among people in social life via personal recommendations as a channel to indirectly improve
the first impression a person has on you, which make the person trusts you more, and vice versa. This concept
of transitive trust is equally applicable among agents, or NPCs (Non-Player Characters) with the application of
Direct Trust and Recommender Trust theories. A replication of trust model involving Direct Trust and
Recommender Trust is made in a computer game to observe if inclusion of a ‘transitive trust model’ improves
a game’s overall player experience. To replicated trust model is applied into a visual novel game as a base to
collect data on how the game experience is improved. The results shown that an increase of game replayability
to
medium-high
level
is
achieved
by

trust
model.
