Application of the method of immediate function of dental implants allows improving the quality of life of patients with missing teeth, significantly accelerating the process of restoration of the integrity of the dental system. This is especially important in cases of loss of the chewing group of teeth that hold the height of the lower third of the face. The use of axiography to determine the correct position of the jaws and fixation of the central occlusion allows avoiding remote pathological complications in the case of prosthetics of the temporomandibular joint. The combined use of immediate loading and determination of the central position of the jaws contributes to faster and better restoration of the dental system in patients with loss of teeth in the lateral areas of the jaw. The use of densitometry and periotestometry, as criteria for choosing the method of immediate function of dental implants, contributes to the success of treatment, allows you to predict a favorable result.
