Primary total arthroplasty was performed for 105 patients. Treated out of 105 patients, -122 arthroplasty was performed. Arthroplasty were performed with cementless structures for 75 and 30 patients, respectively, bone cement was used to fix the endoprostheses. Long-term results after 8 years were studied in 85 patients (110 cases). Excellent and good results were observed in -45 patients (82. % of all 55 patients with cementless prostheses) with cementless prostheses, with cement endoprostheses - in 22 patients (73.4% of all of 30 patients with cement prostheses). An unsatisfactory result was in 2 (2.3%) patients without cement and in 1 (1.9%) patients with cement fixation. The results of the study indicate that total arthroplasty replacement is an effective method of surgical treatment that eliminates pain and improves the quality of life of the patient.
