The up growth of bacteria has resistant to several drugs (MDR) have become clear one of the essential opportunity in the world. The second main causes of death are contagious diseases; most of them may be as Gram-negative bacteria infection. Elevated emergence of bacteria, which have resistant to several drugs (MDR) is so horrible and have upload the exigency of expansion of latest antimicrobial medicine. Recently, induce conceder one of the resistance-developing bacteria. One of the more, important medical herb is Ricinus communis due to it has antibacterial phytochemicals like a-pinene. Ethanol recap of R. communis was estimation versus Enterobacter. aerogenese also was gave a higher inhibition zone then ethanol and watery extract The well diffusion test in agar was utilize to estimation the antimicrobial action. Currently, this study had appeared the leaves extraction of R. communis may make the damage of a external and internal plasma membrane of E. aerogenese then cause rupture of plasma membrane of bacteria.
