Abstract:

The impact of immunomodulator and adaptogen trecrezan on the development of the state of maladaptation
of the body during anti-tuberculosis basic chemotherapy in the conditions of anthropogenic load of the region
by monitoring the level of iron-containing proteins (lactoferrin, ferritin) and laboratory blood value (total
protein, serum urea, hemoglobin, red blood cells, white blood cells, lymphocytes, AlAT and AsAT
(alaninaminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase) is examined. The results confirmed that lactoferrin
and ferritin are involved in immune processes, and the low concentration of these proteins in the blood is
specifically attributed to destructive forms of pulmonary tuberculosis and maladaptation.
