Abstract:

This article is devoted to the study and analysis of the criminal liability of medical workers based on national and foreign experience. The national legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the field of regulation of criminal liability of medical workers was studied, the existing achievements and problems were identified. The issues of responsibility for medical error, murder, the spread of a sexually transmitted disease or HIV / AIDS, illegal removal of human organs or tissues, danger of substitution of a child, criminal abortion, improper performance of their professional duties, euthanasia are analyzed. Based on progressive foreign experience, proposals have been developed to improve legislation in this area.
The purpose of the study: The purpose of this study is a comprehensive study of the criminal liability of medical workers based on national and foreign experience and the development of proposals to improve the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan in this area.
