Nanopharmaceuticals for targeted drug delivery systems

Author: DR.M.S.UMASHANKAR, N.DAMODHARAN
Abstract: In the present period the advancement in nanoparticles for delivery of medication is broadly expected to change the view point of pharmaceutical enterprise. These nanoparticles possessed assuring strategy for the effective delivery of medication utilized for treating certain disease by particular targeting. A various nanoparticles manufactured - particles with one measurement 100nm are widely utilized consumer item. The medication delivery possess substantial physiochemical guidelines such as ionic strength, particle size, pH, surface charge, concentration of monomer in the nanoparticles development.Different pharmaceutical nanotechnology based systems which can be named as nanopharmaceuticals such as polymeric nanoparticles, dendrimers, quantum dots, liposomes ,metallic nanoparticles and so on have achieved progressive changes in delivery of medication just as the all medicinal administration systems. This review outlines the most significant utilizations of nanotechnology in medication delivery systems and medication loaded nanoparticles.
