A 28-year-old male patient suffered a severe head trauma in a car accident, underwent a craniotomy and was
admitted to ICU Neurosurgery after discharge of a hematoma, In the first 24 hours, the patient was stable
hemodynamically but after 24 hours the patient developed hypotension and the level of consciousness decreased to
3/15. Suddenly, arterial blood oxygen levels dropped from 99 percent to 66 percent. The patient had bradycardia
compared to baseline and hypotension, which improved after respiratory and ventilator adjustments and PEEP
elevation to 9 cm. But in the end, due to GCS: 3/15 remaining in the patient, brain death confirmation tests was
performed and after 5 days the patient went to the operating room for organ harvesting and donated his organs.
