In this work, some of thiophene derivatives were prepared and characterization spectroscopically by FT-IR,

HNMR and physical properties. The thiophene compounds have medicinal and biological activitiesas reported
in this work. Therefore the effect of these compounds was studied on human serum acetylthiocholine esterase
activity. The results concluded that the better embarrassment percent was establish at concentrations (10
