Abstract: Background : The use of these biomarkers appears to increase the sensitivity and specificity of predict diagnosis of prostate cancer to improve the early diagnosis of prostate cancer (PCa.). method : A total of 60 men with a history of either prostate cancer and 30 healthy men they have normal prostate gland. The levels of the prostate specific antigen (PSA), by use the VIDAS instrument for measuring. The concentrations of three elements in serum samples were measured by dry chemistry in Fujifilm method, calcium, sodium and chloride were measured in the samples of infected men with prostate cancer and healthy subjects, after the samples were drawn from the study cases. The arrange old year between (45-65)years. Results : The values that observed in malignant prostate cancer patients mean for PSA (15.27±27.90 ng/ml), and healthy (2.80±2.92 ng/ml) and the mean for Calcium element (8.90±9.45 mg/dl), and in healthy (9.99±1.15 mg/dl), Sodium (111.58±16.73 mmol/L), and in healthy (136.76±14.29 mmol/L) and the mean for Chloride (56.21±21.53 mmol/L), and in the healthy (90.35±9.49 mmol/L). Conclusions : The low level of elements with commonly measured serous electrolytes (Ca+2, Na+ and Cl-) is associated with prostate cancer.
