Biological synthesis of copper oxide nanoparticles using spinach extract

Abstract: The green synthesis of nanoparticles emerges in an important approach to nanotechnology. Thegreen chemistry method highlights the use of normal organisms as a reliable, easy, non – toxic and environmentally friendly thus the nanoparticles copper oxide was synthesized by the spinach extract and used types of techniques X-ray diffraction (XRD ), Field – Emission Scanning Electron Microscopy (FE-SEM ), Atomic force microscope (AFM ) Transmission Electron Microscope (TEM ).
