Osteoporosis is categorized by low bone mass with the microarchitectural deterioration of bone tissue
prominent to heightened bone brittleness. Osteoporosis of the selected regions of the body, which is termed
as local osteoporosis or regional osteoporosis is another phenomenon attracting the attention of the
researcher’s in recent times. Considering the clinical implications of an early diagnosis of regional osteoporosis
and resulting positive impact on prevention of osteoporotic fractures, there is an urgent need to conduct
studies on the subject. This research work proposes descriptive analysis of injury parameters: to know the
prevalence of regional osteoporosis in patients.
