Impact of adoption of aerobic exercise on stress management among bank executives

Abstract:

Introduction: Stress is an importantelement of the every human life, and it is essential for personacting
and variation. Stress, ifprolonged or of unusual level can direct to extendedexpression psychological and
physical problems.Exercise can reduce the mental stress as well as maintain the fitness. The main purpose
of this research was to examine whether activity and fitness levels plays a role in stress decreases or
increases after reasonableconcentration exercise. Objective: To investigate the effect of aerobic exercise
in stress among middle aged bank employees.
Methods: 30 urban bank employees were randomly selected and a step test was administered to assess
fitness level and perceived stress scale to assess psychological stress level before and after 45 minutes of
aerobic exercise training( moderate brisk walking )for 5 days a week in middle aged adults.
Results: It indicated that middle aged adults aerobic exercise reduced scores on the stress level
Conclusion: It is concluded that theregardless of intensity, aerobic exercise reduce stress and improves
the quality of human life.
