Abstract: Drug regulation process has been introduced to check the pharmaceutical sector from marketing the dreadful drugs that may cause jeopardy to the public or society. The purpose of promoting the health of public and protect them from harmful and dubious drugs have been achieved by the drug regulation policies. This regulatory system needs certain requirements and registration for introducing a new drugs and this system may vary from country to country. This review article represents safety drug regulation in different countries like India, China, Russia and United states.
