A novel seven Schiff’s base are synthesized by reacting simple and substituted chlorine containing quinoline-3-carbaldehyde with different aryl amines in glycerol at ambient temperature (90o C) ideal to get good yield. The structure for the compounds is identified by physical and spectroscopic methods. All the compounds are evaluated for in-vitro models like anti-inflammatory and anti-microbial activity with modified procedure and the obtain results are compared over standard drugs; from the obtain results novel quinoline azomethine groups containing compounds shows significant activities.
