Abstract:

The data on the fact that half of the patients with professional chemical intoxication are characterized by diseases
of the gastrointestinal tract with violation of carbohydrate, protein, lipid and pigment metabolism. It was revealed
that in addition to the medicinal treatment of dietetic nutrition from national dishes, in 12 days improvement of
biochemical parameters of blood is observed, which indicates the improvement of metabolism in all types of
metabolism in patients with occupational diseases of digestive organs.
