Tetralogy of fallot is the most common cyanotic heart disease, present at birth. Many women reach the childbirth age
after doing the surgery. In this study, a pregnancy case with tetralogy of fallot was examined.The patient was a 34
years old woman with a third pregnancy and a gestational age of 39 weeks, a history of two misoprostol abortions
and a curettage with a primary complaint of lower limb swelling in the emergency department during the recent
week. The patient mentioned the history of TOF. The surgical repair has been done once in infancy, as a closed
surgery and once at 13 years of age, as an open heart surgery. The delivery was performed by cesarean surgery and
neonate girl with Apgar 9 and a weight of 3200 was born. The mother was transferred to ICU for further care.
